When you connect Meta (Facebook/Instagram) accounts, we access advertising data including campaign performance, ad spend, impressions, and conversion data via the Meta Marketing API. This data is used exclusively to provide marketing analysis within this platform. We comply with Meta Platform Terms and do not use Meta data for any purpose beyond the stated service.
When you connect Google services, we access data from Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Merchant Center via Google OAuth 2.0. This data is used exclusively for reporting, analysis, and optimization within this platform.
Google Ads API: We use the Google Ads API to read campaign performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, Quality Score) and to execute campaign optimization actions (budget adjustments, bid changes, pause/enable campaigns) that have been explicitly approved by the user. We request only the minimum API scopes required. Google Ads data is never sold, leased, or shared with third parties. Users can revoke access at any time.
Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google data for purposes unrelated to the services provided by this Platform.
All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to client data is restricted to the account owner only.
We retain platform data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all stored credentials and campaign data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
